The United Way of Dodge County is proud to host a leadership development program specifically for the rising stars in your agency.  We are binging together non-profit leaders to participate in an enrichment series designed to grow them into the future executives of our area through a 12-month program.  The small, intimate group will allow every participant to gain a deeper understanding of pertinent topics to lead a modern non-profit. PROpel will meet one time per month in a 2-3 hour session.

PROpel is a series of educational seminars with a deep dive into important topics such as:

• Advancing Philanthropy

• HR Best Practices for Managers

• Making Critical Decisions using Data

• Programming by the Numbers

• Reading and Scrutinizing Profit and Loss Statements

• Creating Annual Budgets

• Grant Writing

• Marketing / Telling the Story

• Reliable Client Satisfaction Data

• Turning Growth Mindset into Corporate Culture

 

PROpel participants will be selected with an application process.  A Letter of Recommendation from the CEO/ ED of agency will be required.  Only one applicant will be selected per agency.  

 

There will be a nominal fee of $250 per participant (25% discount for a partner agency) for the year.  Applications are due June 30, 2021.  Sessions will begin July 21.  Schedule and any links will be provided to participants at acceptance.
