Charlotte-Ann joined United Way of Dodge County, March, 2025. A long-time citizen of Dodge County, Charlotte's personal and professional background has inspired exceptional leadership and a passion for community service.
Charlotte comes to UWDC from Reading Corps at Dodgeland Elementary, bringing extensive management, communication and problem solving skills.

She has a secondary education focused on Business and Administration as well as being a member of the American Management Association. Charlotte has extensive experience in the nonprofit realm with AmeriCorps.
